We ship worldwide with EVRI excluding Russia & North Korea

How much does shipping cost?

Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK then you will need to pay import customs or import duties once your order has reached your country. You’ll be contacted to make the appropriate payment, and once paid, your delivery will be back on its way to you.

Shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside of the UK. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped

How do I return my order?

Once you have received your order, you have 7 days to request a return. You will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense clearly stating the order number. The product must be in perfect unworn condition, and the original packaging and labels must be included. Please email the following address for more details: ninascottsmith@hotmail.com

How long does my refund take?

It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed once we have received your return in our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been made.

Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

What payment options do you offer?

You can place your order via Credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal.

I need an invoice for my order, where can I find it?

How often do you restock pieces?

All pieces are made in small batches of deadstock materials. Once the batch has sold out it won't be re-stocked. However if you see something that you like, you are welcome to contact me and I can see if I can find a fabric that is similar.

What fabrics do you use?

All of the fabrics sourced are ex designer surplus or second hand fabrics. I find second hand fabrics all over Europe and craft each bag with love :) You can find details of the history of each material with in its custom made tag.

Where is Nina Scott Smith produced?

Each piece is hand made by me or local artisans in London
