Taxes and duties

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK then you will need to pay import customs or import duties once your order has reached your country. You’ll be contacted to make the appropriate payment, and once paid, your delivery will be back on its way to you.

Shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside of the UK. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

Returns

Once you have received your order, you have 7 days to request a return. You will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense clearly stating the order number.
